uccess is a targeted goal to be achieved by every person but they think that, they never achieve success. It is because they are not satisfied with their success and target for another point of success as their goal. But someone in our society is such a great person, whom we can call successful person. We people from outside see only see only the greatness and their success only but we never care about the story behind their success. We all want to get success and want to become like them but we have no idea what to do, what make direct us towards the success. So if you want to become success in your life here are some points that you must follow:
  1. Desire to be success: First of all you must have strong desire to be success. Only desire can direct the works towards the targeted goals. If you have not keen desire to achieve success you will always suffer to be highlighted.
  2. Belief yourself: To achieve targeted goal of success you must believe on the capacity that you have. If you don’t trust yourself you never can get success. To achieve that you must believe yourself and build up confidence that you can do it. 
  3.  Be ambitious: Being ambitious makes people to dream high and is essential to achieve the goal. To get success you must dreamed high about your goal , so that it always force you to think about goal and it don’t let you to go out of your goal.
  4. Forgot the past live the present:  Past are only the stories but present is on your hand. So you must take positive lesions and inspirations from your past stories and do well at present so that your future will be easy.
  5. Make plan:  Plan shows the way to reach your goal. Without proper plan goals will be incomplete or complete output will be rare. So to achieve the success proper life plan is essential.
  6. Respect feedback: Feedback are such messages that tell positive and negative aspect of you. Feedback are complete package of appreciation and criticism. Appreciation boost up confidence while criticism helps to correct the drawbacks that on you. This is essential to get success by doing right things. So, we must respect feedback.
  7. Learn new thing: The world is changeable. Every seconds new things are happening and new technologies are discovering. So you must learn new things and collect the knowledge, so that you don’t have to look back.
  8. Grab the opportunity: Opportunities do not repeat. Once you get the chance you must grab it completely.  Because if you leave an opportunity than you may not get another one in your life or you must wait for a long time for that.
  9. Don’t afraid of failure:  Failure gives the experience and knowledge to success. If you fail one time to do right things, then next time you can do that work comfortably. Generally we say failure is starting point of success. So there may come difficulties but should not leave your work.

So you must have positive attitude to get success

The every student who choose management for their further study after completing school level education take aim of being a successful manager or CEO of Banks, industries, large business etc. They want immediate success. But to be a successful manager a person need to develop some skills and do some works. Here are some points that a person needs to do to be a successful manager:

  1. Motivating: Motivation inspire staffs to do work with full effort. So a manger needs to motivate his employee to complete the work. The success of the manger will determined by his capacity to motivate his employee.
  2. Setting goals: Goals are predetermined end results and are everything for an organization. The work of a organization are directed by its goals. So successful managers choose their appropriate goals.
  3. Delegating authority: Managers should not think to do all work by themselves. They should believe their employee and delegate authority. They should play the role of leader and perform work like giving advice, motivating, influencing, leading from the front etc.
  4. Effective communication: communication plays great role in the success of organization and mangers. It includes how the information system in organization is, what are the channels of communication, and how information s are gathered and distributed in the organization. Communication system is more important to handle the employee manager relationship.
  5. Promote personnel growth: Personnel growth is important for a manager. He should be updated and learn new things that happened in the world. He has to increase the capacity of his knowledge.
  6. Increase interpersonal skills:  Interpersonal relationships are important for an organizational success. And such relationships are depending upon the skills of manager. Interpersonal relationship helps to increase the reputation of organization in the society and nation. So for the successful management of organization manager needs to increase interpersonal skills.
  7. Encourage adaptability: world is changeable. And changing is essential for every organization and every manager to get success. But top sustain in the changing environment the organization should adopt the change. Some of the employee may resist the change. So the role of manager is to encourage them to adopt the change.
  8. Expand leadership: Leadership is everywhere and it is essential for every person. But the manager has more roles in the organization as a leader. They should develop and expand some leadership skills like motivating skills, communicating skills, Interpersonal skills,
